Are these prices including or excluding VAT?

Our prices are including the VAT.

Are the prices including ULEZ + Parking? Or is it additional?

Parking £0 and ULEZ £25, No additional charge.

I will need more clarity on what is included in the gas safety, please see below paragraph and advise if we should be expecting any differences in prices from what is quoted in the document

Our gas safe registered engineer will arrive your properties and inspect below

1. A tightness test in gas meter to identify if there is any leak in the property.
2. Pipe work visual check
3. Appliance safety check to identifying that the appliances are operating at the correct operating pressure.
4. There is an adequate air supply to the appliance and that it is burning gas correctly.
5. That flues and chimneys are clear and enable the appliance to emit gases and fumes safely to the outside.
6. That all safety devices on the appliance such as cut out devices are working correctly.
7. Carbon monoxide alarm check.

Does the Electricity certification include EICR certificate and PAT testing too? If not, how much are your charges for PAT testing

Our electric safety certificate is EICR certificate. This does not include (Portable appliance testing) PAT testing.

PAT pricing – first 10 appliances are £59 and additional appliances will be

£2/item.

Also, I understand that there are properties that may fail some of these tests, and we expect a quote on the works required to have it passed, can you please confirm that this is something that your company can do?

Yes, we will issue you a quote to rectify this issue to bring the property PASS standard.

Payment terms

Online payment, Bank transfer or cash to engineer. 50% prepaid payment to set an appointment.
