Payment Requirements
Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm bookings. Until payment is received, your booking remains provisional. Payment methods must be valid, authorized, and have sufficient funds.
Prices may include additional charges, such as congestion zone fees, parking fees, or special requirements. Any price adjustments will be communicated before confirming your order.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations after confirmation. Cancellation fees are thirty-five percent plus a five percent administrative charge, refunded within thirty days.
Payment Methods
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms and establishes a legally binding contract for services.
Call Out and Hourly Rates
Standard call out fees apply depending on engineer type. Hourly rates apply if fixed pricing cannot be provided. Fees apply even if work is not completed due to client decisions or access issues. Clients must provide parking or access for engineers at the property.
Scheduling and Missed Appointments
Services are scheduled in 5-hour slots, Monday to Friday. Engineers may arrive anytime within the slot. Appointments may be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond control, and we will contact you promptly.
Cancellations less than 12 hours before the appointment incur an administrative fee. Missed appointments or inability to provide access may incur additional charges.
Third-party access, such as tenants providing access, is subject to the same terms.
Quotations and Deposits
Free quotes are provided for all services. Quotes are valid for 28 days from issue. Deposit confirms acceptance of terms and booking commitment. Cancellation after deposit incurs thirty-five percent service charge plus five percent administrative fee. Refnds processed within thirty days.
Termination of Contract
All Landlord Certificates may terminate projects at any time. Aggressive, rude, or discriminatory behavior towards staff or contractors is not tolerated. Cancellation fees apply as described above.
Provision of Services
Services are delivered by qualified professionals. Certificates are emailed within 24 to 72 business hours after payment. Remedial work outside the scope of service is the client’s responsibility. Any equipment altered by third parties after service is not covered.
Force Majeure
All Landlord Certificates is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, power failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Services may be rescheduled or cancelled, and prepayments will be refunded if necessary.
Errors and Omissions
All prices and descriptions are provided with care. Manifest errors or omissions may result in contract adjustments or refunds.
Data Protection
Personal information is collected according to our Privacy Policy. This includes contact details, registration data, and payment information. All data is securely stored and may be used for communications, service delivery, and anti-fraud checks.
